Death was my
childhood hero
Black as pitch
Colder than ice
Familiar and Comforting
Death doesn't care
for memories or personality
history
who you are
what you look like
where you live
like my best friend
it never judges
Death is never seen
and never heard
but it always watches
always waits patiently for you
It's never insulting
and never in the way
And when things get tough
its there to help
relieve me of my trouble
steal me away
take me elsewhere
anywhere but here
Because there's
no place like home
and the darkness will
always be
my sanctuary.

- Like a conductor before his orchestra he led the symphony of silence, and let it lead him to serenity. Here, and here alone, he could escape from the pains, and torments of his life. -

If I search for love, will I find joy.
If I search for joy, will I find a voice.
If I search for a voice, will you lend me your ear.
